Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. is a 2003 Indian Hindi-language comedy-drama film directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by Vinod Chopra. The film stars Sanjay Dutt as Munna Bhai, a gangster who sets out to fulfill his father's dream of becoming a doctor. The film also stars Gracy Singh, Arshad Warsi, Sunil Dutt, Boman Irani, and Paresh Rawal.

The film begins with Munna Bhai pretending to be a doctor to his parents, who live in a small village. Meanwhile, Munna also begins a romance with Dr. Suman (Gracy Singh), the daughter of Dr. Asthana. However, their relationship is complicated by the fact that Munna is still a gangster and Dr. Asthana is determined to put him behind bars.

In the end, Munna proves that he has the heart of a doctor and the soul of a gangster. He graduates from medical school and becomes a successful doctor, while also continuing to fight for justice and equality for the poor and marginalized.

Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. was a critical and commercial success. It was praised for its humor, heartwarming story, and positive message. The film won several awards, including the Filmfare Award for Best Film. It is considered one of the greatest Indian films of all time.
